Umpire Clinics
Umpire courses are now available. Mount Pearl pays $30.00 per game. Instructions to register are below. If you already have your courses then you do not need to register but it is highly recommended if you wish to proceed to higher levels or you wish a refresher.
Our association will reimburse the fees once the course is complete and we receive the list in RAMP. No fees will be reimbursed for failing to show up to the course.
You must be 2nd year 13U or above to apply. BNL has changed this from last season.
If your child is interested in umpiring this coming season they will need to complete the specific clinic for them (1st year, 2nd year etc).
Registration for Level I and II Umpire Clinics is now live and open. As a reminder, Baseball NL are once again partnering with Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) to offer the virtual modules in advance of our in-person sessions taking place.
If you wish to apply for Level II you must have completed your LEVEL 1 twice in back to back years,

- When registering, registrants must click on the “OFFICIALS REGISTRATION” option upon signing into their RAMP profile
- Registrants MUST register and complete payment via RAMP at the time of registration
- In order to get the registration database to OBA for upload into their system in a timely fashion, the March 27 deadline is firm and registrations after this deadline WILL NOT be accepted
